Can I download the materials?
Yes! “The Visual-Rider” can be downloaded to your device. Simply click on “Download All.”

How do I mark a lesson as complete?
At the bottom of each lesson, you’ll see a “Mark as Complete” button.
Clicking it will check off that module and automatically move you to the next lesson.
You can always unmark it if you want to revisit something.

Can I adjust playback speed?
Yes! All Kajabi videos include a speed control.
Just hover your mouse over the video (or tap on mobile) and click the gear icon ⚙️. You’ll see options to watch slower or faster—usually from 0.5x up to 2x speed.

There’s no sound—what should I check?
Here are a few quick fixes that solve most audio issues:

Make sure the speaker icon on the video isn’t muted.
